Micah is one of our lead installers, who has an eye for detail and loves to make sure every install specifically enhances the aesthetic of the home. With 10 years of experience in all aspects of construction, Micah enjoys seeing the uniqueness of every type of house we install on. He has been installing for us since 2020.
When he is not making your life better with Trimlight, he enjoys archery, and loves some good authentic German food. Lastly, he believes that, despite what others may think, dad jokes do indeed have a place in society.

Caleb Chersin
Caleb is the man with a cool beard, who works as our estimator. He loves to connect with people, and show them what Trimlight has to offer, while making sure each customer gets the perfect setup for their house and their dreams!
Outside of Trimlight, Caleb enjoys game nights with friends, volleyball, spike ball, and other outdoor sports, as well as coaching high school and Club volleyball. Caleb also holds to the belief that pineapple 100% belongs on pizza.
Robert is one of our lead installers who understands the joy and importance of always doing the job correctly the first time.
Robert is a Marine Corp veteran with two deployments, and enjoys military history. He loves spending time with his wife and 2 kids, is an avid outdoorsman and hunter, and is intrigued by greek and norse mythology.

Patrick works mainly for our other business, Nicholson's Rain Gutters, but joins our Trimlight team for bigger jobs or when we need him.

Jesse is the steady and capable installer that just gets the job done. When he's not installing lights or managing the warehouse inventory, you can find him writing, painting, or doing photography. He also enjoys hiking & spending time outdoors.

Samuel is one of our assistant installers. Although he is currently away at a Bible school in Comfort, Texas, he will be rejoining the crew when the school year ends.
Dakota is our other assistant installer. He is new to the team, but learning quickly.

Sophia Nicholson
Sophia is our office assistant, and usually the first voice you will hear from the team. She manages the odds and ends of the office, answering your calls and emails. She also helps with the marketing, socials, and keeping the website updated. Outside of the office she enjoys writing, drawing, and hiking among our beautiful North Idaho pine trees.

Caleb and Sandi Nicholson
Caleb and Sandi opened the North Idaho chapter of Trimlight in 2020 as an addition to their thriving gutter business, Nichoslon’s Rain Gutters. Caleb loves the entrepreneurial side of business and excels in providing strategic direction for the team, while managing the day to day affairs of a small business. Sandi focuses more on the bookkeeping, ordering materials, and office management. In addition to being business owners, they have served with a missions organization in Africa for about 8 years, and along with their 3 children are currently involved in young adult ministry with their local church. Sandi loves the outdoors, gardening, biking, and traveling anywhere that has an ocean. Caleb likes Greek culture, and is always up for a good game of darts.
